Krav Maga

Are you looking for a fun way to get in shape while learning to defend yourself in real-world situations? If so, this class is for you! Our dynamic Krav Maga program offers a great full-body workout in a motivating team atmosphere. Our approach offers effective and realistic self-defense techniques for everyday life. These classes are offered for all skill levels, and are a great way to stay fit while learning a crucial life-long skill.   • Generally understand how to defend yourself in real-world situations including: how to defend yourself in a bar fight, how to defend yourself against a surprise attack, and how to defend yourself against an opponent with a knife or firearm.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (also referred to as BJJ) is a martial art and combat sport that focuses on grappling and ground fighting. BJJ is especially designed to teach students how to overcome a stronger opponent through technique, leverage, and using their opponent’s strength against them. If you’re interested in a fun and dynamic workout that focuses on grappling techniques, this class is for you! These classes are offered for all skill levels, and take place in a fun team environment. You can expect to observe the benefits listed below after joining our BJJ program:

Kid’s & Teen Classes

We offer Kid’s Krav Maga and BJJ classes, as well as Teen Krav Maga and BJJ classes. All of our children’s classes are split by age and level so your child is working on what is most relevant to their skill level as well as receiving plenty of direct instruction in a fun and safe environment. With the guidance of our high-energy children’s programs run by our knowledgeable staff, your child will enjoy the benefits listed below:
